本声明适用于「星选数据平台」（以下简称“本平台”）为您提供的TikTok Shop及TikTok Ad数据查询、分析、整合相关服务。本平台仅作为TikTok官方API数据的合规应用方，严格遵循TikTok开放平台数据使用规范及全球数据隐私保护法规（包括但不限于GDPR、CCPA等）。 This statement applies to the TikTok Shop and TikTok Ad data query, analysis, and integration services provided to you by [Star Data Platform] (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). The Platform is only a compliant applicator of TikTok official API data, and strictly abides by TikTok Open Platform data usage specifications and global data privacy protection regulations (including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

2. 数据收集与敏感数据承诺 2. Data Collection & Sensitive Data Commitment

• 最小必要原则：本平台仅通过TikTok官方开放API获取您授权的运营类数据（如店铺订单数据、广告投放数据、流量数据等），不收集、不获取您的TikTok个人账户密码、支付信息、身份证信息、银行卡信息等核心敏感数据； Principle of Minimality: The Platform only obtains authorized operational data (such as store order data, ad delivery data, traffic data, etc.) through TikTok's official open API, and does not collect or obtain your core sensitive data such as TikTok personal account passwords, payment information, ID card information, bank card information, etc.;
• 不保留敏感数据：对于运营数据中涉及的脱敏信息（如用户昵称、订单号等），本平台仅临时缓存用于数据展示，缓存周期不超过24小时，且不会将任何敏感数据用于商业用途、共享或出售给第三方； No Retention of Sensitive Data: For desensitized information involved in operational data (such as user nicknames, order numbers, etc.), the Platform only temporarily caches it for data display, with a cache period not exceeding 24 hours, and will not use any sensitive data for commercial purposes, share or sell it to third parties;
• 数据归属权：所有数据的所有权均归属于您（数据主体），本平台仅提供数据技术分析服务，无任何数据所有权主张。 Data Ownership: All data ownership belongs to you (the data subject), and the Platform only provides data technical analysis services with no claim to any data ownership.

您有权随时要求本平台删除与您相关的所有数据、撤回数据授权，具体方式如下： You have the right to request the Platform to delete all data related to you and withdraw data authorization at any time, in the following ways:

• 自助删除：登录本平台「个人中心-数据管理」，可一键删除您的所有数据及授权记录，操作后实时生效； Self-service Deletion: Log in to the Platform's "Personal Center - Data Management" to delete all your data and authorization records with one click, which takes effect immediately after operation;
• 人工删除：发送邮件至 2679334617@qq.com，注明“数据删除+您的账号ID”，我们将在1个工作日内完成数据清理，并通过邮件反馈删除结果； Manual Deletion: Send an email to 2679334617@qq.com with the subject "Data Deletion + Your Account ID", we will complete data cleaning within 1 working day and feedback the deletion result via email;
• 数据删除后不可恢复：所有删除操作均为不可逆，删除后本平台将彻底清除服务器中您的所有数据缓存及记录，不再保留任何副本。 Data Deletion is Irreversible: All deletion operations are irreversible. After deletion, the Platform will completely clear all your data caches and records on the server and will not retain any copies.
